SUMMERTIME Art Camp, age 5+

About this creative session

Summertime Art Camp Children dive into the flavours of summer! They'll paint juicy fruit watercolours — citrus, avocado or watermelon — ready taking home in a proper frame. Next, they'll create an experimental mixed-media ice cream cone bursting with colour and texture. To finish, fine motor skills come into play as children design and string their own fruity beaded keyring bag charm. New for Summer 26! - Add on an extra 1.5 hours to your child's camp day. During this wind down time, we'll be mindful colouring, collaborative free drawing, or using our imaginations to collage and create. Projects during this time will be child-led and connected to the theme or skills used that day. We might be evaluating our artwork or diving into and building on skills acquired during the camp. Whilst we do supply aprons, please can the children wear old clothes and bring a packed lunch and a named water bottle (no nuts or sweets please).
